Tot pe iTunes, Leona Lewis a primit titlul pentru cel mai vandut single si anume "Bleeding Love" (3.2 milioane), iar Coldplay s-a situat pe locul doi la aceasta categorie. De la lansarea CD-ului din iunie 2008, "Viva la Vida" s-a vandut in mai mult de 2 milioane de exemplare, iar in varianta digitala cifra vanzarilor este de peste 500.000 de unitati. Pe locul 2 la categoria cel mai vandut album s-a situat Jack Johnson cu "Sleep Through the Static", in timp ce "Tha Carter III", albumul lui Lil Wayne, a ajuns doar pe locul 5.

Mixed Style Billboard Hot 100 07 Noiembrie 2008 Rapperul T.I. a revenit joi pe prima pozitie a Billboard Hot 100 singles cu hitul "Live Your Life", piesa ce contine un sample din hitul Dragostea din tei al baietilor de la O-Zone . "Live Your Life"(video) a detronat de pe prima pozitie o alta piesa a lui T.I., "Whatever you Like", rapperul devenind astfel al 9-lea artist din toate timpurile care reuseste acest lucru.In clasamentul Billboard, urmatoarele 4 locuri sunt ocupate de femei, astfel: 2 - Pink / So What, 3 - Katy Perry/ Hot N Cold, 4. Beyonce/ If I Were a Boy si 5. Britney Spears / Womanizer.
